Instructions for presenters

For oral presentations:

• Please prepare your presentation in PDF (preferred) or Microsoft Powerpoint format and bring it to the conference on a USB-stick.
• The duration of your talk is 15 minutes. The session chair will remind you of the coming end 2 minutes before the 15 minutes are ending.
• Please bring your presentation to the technical staff at the presentation laptop in the break before your session or, if you are in the first session, between 8:30 and 9:00 or the day before.

For poster presentations:

• Please prepare your poster in format B1 (use a minimum font size of 12 pt.) portrait and bring the printed poster to the conference.
• Posters should be in English, ensure that the poster includes a prominent title and the author(s)'s name.
• We will provide place for hanging up the poster.
• The posters will be on display during the whole conference (Thursday - Saturday).
• Please be at your poster during the poster session (date tbc).

Deadline for abstracts/posters: January 22nd, 2024

Notification of acceptance: February 2nd, 2024

Deadline for early bird registration: March 22nd, 2024

Publication

The abstracts and proceedings of the conference will be published.

Deadline for the submission of the full paper is December 31st, 2024.
